THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY TEST TOOL Λ – METER EP500E

Use
The test tool is specially developed for measuring of thermal conductivity of insulating and other building materials and products. λ – Meter EP500e is a board device for steady and non-steady state thermal conductivity measurement (guarded hot plate apparatus – GHP).
 
Measurement with this test tool meets the requirements of standards:
EN 1946-2, EN 12664, EN 12667, EN 12939, ISO 8302, ASTM C177 and DIN 52612.

  • sample dimensions: 500 x 500 mm or 200 x 200 mm, th. 10 to 200 mm

  • measurement at a predefined test pressure (50 to 2500 Pa) or at the set nominal thickness (for very soft building materials)

Test tool λ – Meter EP500e is equipped with modern computer software that meets the requirements of international and European standards for measuring thermal conductivity including database function and processing of measurement protocols. It enables accurate and fast determination of the thermal conductivity coefficient. The range of configuration of this test tool for TZÚS Praha, s.p., also includes, for example, accessories for measuring the thermal conductivity of bulk materials, compensating pads for the possibility of measuring samples with uneven surface and others.
